Welcome to WAWA. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with WAWA Copenhagen Aps, at wawa-cph.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.wawa-cph.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Shop Online

1. Submitting your order

Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges) and make changes if needed. You are bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer of WAWA and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled (once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the website). Please note that the order will not be valid if WAWA cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide. We also reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old.

We only sell items that we have in stock. Garments may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. Please note that all prices and product information on www.wawa-cph.com are subject to change.

2. Payment

The online store is available only to customers who have been issued a valid credit card by a card provider that is acceptable to WAWA online. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and VISA Electron. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The total order sum will be reserved on your payment card until we have shipped your order from our warehouse. WAWA cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer.

3. Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Check you spam-filter if you haven’t received it after 30 min.

4. Changes in your order

Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact WAWA Customer Service immediately at customer@wawa-cph.com or on +45 52 64 86 04.

Delivery and Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. WAWA will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.

You can follow your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order.

Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

International orders will be delivered within 1-7 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation

WAWA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Should there be delays with DHL, WAWA cannot be held liable.

Shipping destinations and shipping fees:

  1. Shipping fees will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
    – Denmark and Sweden – free shipping.
    – EU 10 EUR. Shipping on orders above 500 DKK / 67 € / 725 SEK are free of charge.
    – Outside EU 15 EUR. Shipping on orders above 1000 DKK / 134 € / 1450 SEK are free of charge.
  2. Uncollected packages
    WAWA will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.

Right of Return

You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any WAWA labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

A return should include a complete return note with an order reference number and your contact details. Please find your return note together with your order. Otherwise, please download it here: RETURN NOTE

Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches WAWA and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size if available in stock. This is a service provided once per order. You are still responsible for the return cost, but we will send your new size free of charge.

As a customer you have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have found the defect.

For faulty items WAWA will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Please contact us at customer@wawa-cph.com if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.

Customs and Sales Tax/Vat 

For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices. For customer outside the European Union (excluding Norway), VAT/sales tax is not included in the price. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.



WAWA Copenhagen ApS (“we” or “WAWA”) is the data controller, and we ensure that your Personal Data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws.

When you convey information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) on the WAWA website (the “Website”) we collect and process that information. The protection of your Personal Data is important to us and we wish to explain how we handle your Personal Data.

In order to protect your Personal Data as best possible, we continuously assess the level of risk that our data processing affects your rights. We are particularly aware of the risk of you being subject to discrimination or identity theft, or to suffer financial loss, loss of reputation or data privacy.

1. What kind of Personal Data do we collect?

1.2 We collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address when you shop on the Website, and your e-mail address, when you sign up for our newsletter.

2. For which purpose do we use your Personal Data?

2.1 We use your Personal Data to send you our newsletter or to facilitate your purchase on the Website. The information may also be used for statistics about the use of the Website.

3. We only process relevant Personal Data

3.1 We only process Personal Data about you that are relevant and sufficient in relation to the purposes defined above. The purpose is crucial for the kind of data that are relevant to us. The same applies to the amount of Personal Data we process – we do not process more Personal Data than needed for the specific purpose.

4. We process only the required Personal Data

4.1 We collect, process and store only the Personal Data acquired to meet the already established purposes. Additionally, it may be decided by law which data we are required to collect and store to run our business. The type and extent of the Personal Data we process may also be required to fulfil a contract or other legal obligation.

4.2 We want to ensure that we process only the Personal Data necessary for each of our specific purposes. Therefore, our IT systems collect only the Personal Data necessary by default. It is also automatically ensured that the amount of processing is not unnecessarily large, and the storage time is not too extensive.

4.3 To protect you from unauthorized persons accessing your Personal Data, we use IT solutions that automatically ensure that your data are only available to the relevant employees. There is furthermore embedded protection against an unlimited number of persons receiving access to your data.

5. We amend any inaccurate Personal Data about you

5.1 As our services are dependent on your Personal Data being accurate and up to date, we ask that you provide us with relevant changes to your Personal Data, so we can alter our register accordingly. You can use the contact details above to notify us of any changes.

6. For how long do we keep your Personal Data?

6.1 We delete your Personal Data, when they are no longer necessary to meet the purpose for which we gathered, processed and stored it. We delete your Personal Data at your request according to section 12, or upon termination of your subscription to the newsletter.

7. We will obtain your consent before processing your Personal Data

7.1 We obtain your consent before processing your Personal Data for the purposes described above unless we have another legal basis for collecting them, such as a sales contract when you shop at the WAWA Webshop. If we collect your Personal Data on such a legal basis, we will inform you of such a basis as well as any legitimate interest in processing this Personal Data.

7.2 Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us. We make sure that it shall be as easy to withdraw as to give your consent. 7.3 If we wish to process your Personal Data for another purpose, we will inform you and obtain your consent before we begin the processing of your Personal Data. If we have other legal grounds for processing your Personal Data than your consent, we will inform you accordingly.

8. We do not disclose your Personal Data without your permission

8.1 In some cases, we will pass on the Personal Data to others. The passing on of Personal Data will take place to the extent and to whom it is necessary in order for us to send you our newsletter or to facilitate your purchase on the Website.

8.2 Your Personal Data may be passed on to: (i) suppliers with whom we cooperate to support our company (e.g. suppliers of services and technical support); or (ii) if it is required by law, court order or other legal obligation.

8.3 If we transfer your Personal Data to collaborators or other parties, including for marketing purposes, we obtain your consent and inform you of how your data will be used. You may object to this kind of disclosure at any time and you can exclude yourself from marketing requests in the CPR registry.

8.4 We will not obtain your consent if we are legally required to disclose your Personal Data, for example, as part of reporting to an authority.

9. Data Security – what measures do we take?

9.1 We take precautionary measures of technical and organizational nature to protect your Personal Data from manipulation, loss, destruction or access from unauthorized persons. Our precautionary measures are revised on a regular basis in order for us to meet the legislative requirements for a suitable data security system.

9.2 However, we cannot guarantee that the data are completely protected against individuals who want to and succeed in breaking our precautionary measures and gain access to transfer information on the Internet, e.g. via e-mail.

9.3 In case of a security breach that results in high risks of discrimination, identity theft, financial loss, loss of reputation or other significant inconvenience, we will notify you of the security breach without undue delay.

10. Cookies – we obtain your consent before installing Cookies

10.1 Before we install cookies on your equipment, we ask for your consent. However, cookies required to ensure functionality and settings can be used without your consent.

11. Access – you are entitled to access your Personal Data

11.1 You are entitled to know which Personal Data we process about you, from where they originate, and for which purpose we use them. We will let you know for how long we store them and who receives them. You can always access your Personal Data on “My Account ” on the Website.

11.2 At your request, we will disclose what data we process about you. Access may, however, be limited for the protection of other persons’ privacy, trade secrets and intellectual property rights.

12. Rectification or Deletion – you are entitled to have inaccurate Personal Data corrected or deleted

12. 1 If you believe that the Personal Data we treat about you are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. You can contact us and inform us of the inaccuracies and how they can be corrected.

12.2 In some cases, we will have an obligation to delete your Personal Data. This applies, for example, if you withdraw your consent. If you believe your Personal Data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which we obtained them, you may want to have them deleted. You may also contact us if you believe your Personal Data are being processed in violation of the law or other legal obligations.

12.3 When you convey a request to correct or delete your Personal Data to us, we will investigate whether the conditions are met and, if so, make changes or deletions as soon as possible.

13. Complaints – you are entitled to object to the processing of your Personal Data

13.1 You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data. You can also object to our disclosure of your data for marketing purposes. You can object by e-mail at info@wawa-cph.com If your opposition is justified, we will stop processing your Personal Data.

14. Data portability – you are entitled to retrieve your Personal Data

14.1 You are entitled to receive the Personal Data you have made available to us and those, if any, we have collected from a third party based on your consent. If we process Personal Data about you as part of a contract to which you are a party, you have the right to receive these Personal Data as well. You also have the right to transfer these Personal Data to another service provider. If you wish to exercise your right to data portability, we will transfer your Personal Data to you, or to the service provider of your choice, in a commonly used format.

1. Bekræftelse af ordre

Din bestilling er bindende fra det øjeblik, du accepterer WAWAs handelsbetingelser (når bestillingen er blevet indsendt, og betalingen er blevet bekræftet på hjemmesiden). Bemærk venligst at bestillingen ikke er gældende, hvis WAWA ikke kan bekræfte den angivne fakturerings- og/eller postadresse. Vi forbeholder os ligeledes retten til kun at acceptere bestillinger fra personer over 18 år.

Vi sælger kun produkter, vi har på lager. Produkter kan blive udsolgt, mens bestillingen foretages, og produktets tilgængelighed vil først blive opdateret, når du når frem til sidste skridt i bestillingsprocessen. Bemærk at alle pris- og produktinformationer på www.wawa-cph.com kan ændres.

2. Betaling

3. Bekræftelse af ordren

4. Ændringer i din ordre

Når du har afgivet din bestilling, og du har modtager en bekræftelsesmail, kan du ikke længere ændre din bestilling. Hvis du alligevel ønsker at foretage ændringer, eller hvis der skete en fejl i registreringen af kundekontakt- eller adressedetaljerne, da du afgav din bestilling, er det dit ansvar straks at kontakte WAWAs kundeservice på customer@wawa-cph.com eller på +45 52 64 86 04.

Levering og forsendelse

Vi behandler alle bestillinger inden for 1-2 dage (mandag-fredag) med undtagelse af udsalgs- og spidsbelastede perioder, hvor det kan tage lidt længere tid. Forventet leveringstid kan kun betragtes som vejledende og begynder fra den dag, hvor ordren behandles.

Hvis en levering bliver forsinket, eller hvis en levering ikke kan blive behandlet eller kun delvist, fordi varen ikke er på lager eller af andre årsager, vil kunden blive informeret så hurtigt som muligt eller senest 30 dage efter, bestillingen blev afgivet. I et sådant tilfælde vil kunden få mulighed for og ret til uden omkostninger at opsige handelen. WAWA vil i det tilfælde hurtigst muligt og senest 30 dage efter opsigelsen af handelen refundere kundens betaling.

Du kan følge din ordre med det trackingnummer, der følger med den afsendelsesbekræftelse, du modtager per e-mail, så snart vi har behandlet din ordre.

Danske bestillinger vil blive leveret inden for 1-3 dage fra den dag, du modtager din leveringsbekræftelse.

Internationale bestillinger vil blive leveret inden for 1-7 dage fra den dag, du modtager din leveringsbekræftelse.

WAWA er ikke ansvarlig for forsinkelser forårsaget af fortoldningsprocesser. I forbindelse med eventuelle forsinkelser med posten kan WAWA ikke holdes ansvarlig.

a. Uafhentede pakker

WAWA betaler ikke leveringsomkostninger for uafhentede pakker.


Du har ret til at retunere din bestilling inden for 14 kalenderdage efter levering af varen. Varen skal være ubeskadiget og ubrugt med alle WAWA-, pris- og informationsmærker. Returvarer, der er beskadigede, beskidte, har været vasket, er blevet ændret eller har været brugt (ud over at være blevet prøvet) accepteres ikke nødvendigvis, men kan blive sendt tilbage til kunden med afvisning af krav om refundering.

En returforsendelse skal inkludere en returseddel med ordrereferencenummeret og kundens kontaktoplysninger. Du vil modtage retursedlen sammen med din ordre. I andet fald kan en generel downloades her: RETURSEDDEL

Gem venligst din postkvittering som bevis for, at pakken blev afsendt. Returvaren og det økonomiske ansvar er dit, indtil WAWA modtager varen, og dette kan bekræftes med en leveringsbekræftelse. Uidentificerede returvarer er ikke nødvendigvis berettiget til refundering.

Bemærk venligst at vi kan bytte din vare til en anden størrelse, hvis den findes på lager. Denne service gives en gang per bestilling. Du er ansvarlig for returomkostninger, men vi sender den nye størrelse uden omkostninger.


Som kunde har du to års garanti på fremstillingsfejl. Varer, der er beskadigede som følge af normal slitage, betragtes ikke som fejlbehæftede. Du skal underrette os, inden for rimelig tid efter du har opdaget en fejl.

WAWA refunderer så hurtigt som muligt alle omkostninger ved fejlbehæftede produkter inklusiv forsendelse. Når det er muligt, vil vi tilbyde at reparere det fejlbehæftede produkt. Hvis ikke varen kan repareres, eller det samme produkt ikke er tilgængeligt, er du berettiget til fuld tilbagebetaling inklusiv for levering og returforsendelse. Hvis du ønsker at bytte en fejlbehæftet vare i stedet for at få den refunderet, bør du være opmærksom på, at vi afhængig af tilgængelighed kun kan ombytte den til samme produkt i samme størrelse.

Told og moms

For kunder inden for EU er moms (25%) inkluderet i alle priser. For kunder udenfor EU (med undtagelse af i Norge) er told og moms ikke inkluderet i prisen. Ordrer kan blive pålagt lokale skatter og/eller importafgifter på kundens egen regning.


De personlige oplysninger, du sender til WAWA, vil kun blive brugt med henblik på at opfylde de forpligtelser, WAWA har, og for at sikre dig den bedste service. WAWA påtager sig ansvaret for alle personlige oplysninger, som du stiller til rådighed for os, og videregiver under ingen omstændigheder oplysningerne til tredjemand. Du har på anmodning ret til at se dine personlige oplysninger. Hvis oplysningerne er ufuldstændige eller ukorrekte, har du ret til at få oplysningerne rettet eller slettet.
